Imagine my surprise this morning when I found the same bottle of wine I opened last night front-and-center on your blog!

I was having a rough day, so at lunch I stopped into my local wine shop, asked for “a flavorful, inexpensive Sauvignon Blanc,” and was promptly handed the Nobilo 2008. The shopkeeper said it was a consistent top-seller, and later it took every ounce of willpower for me not to polish off the whole thing. See photo!

Anyway, I also appreciate your suggestions (Mada protein building spray has pumped life into my tragedy of a mane; I picked up a pair of kettlebells and have noticed major changes in a few short weeks, etc.).
