Yay! I wrote it! But all shameless self-promotion aside, interesting in light of the fact that Twitter will be expanding its API to geolocation.
On an interesting “Getting Fit” Monday side note, Jack went with Meghan and I to a 30/60/90 class at Equinox in NYC. Ballsy! Especially when we told him, “if you feel a little nauseous, it’s ok to put your weights down.”
I suppose with the success of his other risky decisions, the 1 hour high-intensity interval workout wasn’t too much of an investment. He’s also very active and physically fit. If I recall, he runs marathons….
So what is our lesson today?
