- Steamed Broccoli
- Sauteed Mushrooms
- Toasted Walnuts
- Salt to taste
The mix of textures (soft mushrooms, grainy quinoa and crunched walnuts) is great! I’ve been eating tons of broccoli lately. One of my favorite green veggies!
