Quick and Easy Dinner:

  • Quinoa
  • Steamed Broccoli
  • Sauteed Mushrooms
  • Toasted Walnuts
  • Salt to taste

The mix of textures (soft mushrooms, grainy quinoa and crunched walnuts) is great! I’ve been eating tons of broccoli lately. One of my favorite green veggies!
