My friend Jen (far left) invited me to Messina Hof winery outside of Bryan, Texas today.  Obviously I’m not turning down a wine tasting trip!

But…wine made in Texas…is drinkable? Apparently the answer is yes.  And not only can you drink it, but you can help in the making of it too.

This was a completely different experience from the wineries in California and France.  

Delightful and sweet, the wines of Messina Hof are perfect for casual drinking.
