Julia (to Charles): You always know where you stand with Mary. She just tells it like it is.

Mary: Not a lot of people like that.

Julia: You’re right!  Not a lot of people are like that.

Mary: No, not a lot of people like that.

Julia: Oh … well, wouldn’t you say some people find you to be a breath of fresh air?

Mary: No.

(minutes later)

Julia: Charles, you’re like a blast of cold air up your skirt when you aren’t wearing any panties!
