As Promised! Fitness Monday Moved To Tuesday

I’m looking to get my legs and butt in shape for the upcoming bikini season.  The best way to do that is squats.  Yep.  I know you hate to hear it, but it’s true.  Do them all the time, anywhere, each one counts.

But, if your form isn’t right, you’re not benefiting your body, you just look like an idiot bending over funny.  So following are videos to learn how to maximize each squat. According to Roland, it’s best to start off using a Swiss Ball against the wall.  This is actually a great tool for squats and upper body exercises as you’ll see in my pics.

A great routine with free weights or a body bar would then be:  20-30 wall squats, 15 chest presses, 30 cruches, 15 scull crushers.  Repeat three times.
